We are a well-respected home improvement company serving residential clients in the Fredericksburg and surrounding communities. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, and detail oriented scheduler to book appointments for our sales team.
The job duties you can expect will include:
Answer the phone promptly and professionally from 8AM to 4PM or 11AM to 7PM
Maintain courteous and helpful demeanor
Ask qualifying questions to determine scope of requests
Set sales appointments with complete and accurate information
Confirm appointments for the following day
Review requests submitted via website and social media
Reschedule canceled appointments
Respond to customer inquiries as they come in
