Fletcher Home is comprised of upbeat, confident, hard workers who love to laugh. We work together and treat each other like family, and when there's work to do we buckle down and get to it. We focus on providing quality exterior remodeling - roofing, siding, windows/doors, decks, and screen porches -within Northern Virginia. All team members play a vital role in the customer service we provide to homeowners and positioning us to be the best in the area.

Responsibilities

Our Shows and Events Promoters are responsible for engaging with potential customers at various shows and events. These events serve as platforms to showcase our range of services and product offerings. Shows and events are scheduled in advance on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and offer flexible shifts. All Shows and Evnets Promoters are expected to arrive on time for scheduled shifts, maintain a friendly and energized demeanor, and schedule appointments for prospective customers. 

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Home team include:

• Outgoing and energetic
• Able to effectively communicate - in person and via phone, text, and email
• Experience providing excellent customer service
  

Starting Compensation

• $15-18/hour PLUS Commission
