​Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with clients at their homes to assess needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver project estimates. This commission-only role rewards hard work and dedication, with a competitive commission structure and paid training to ensure your success. ​Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Visit prospective clients’ homes to discuss their home improvement needs, assess project feasibility, and provide tailored recommendations.
  
• Quoting and Estimations: Develop and present accurate quotes based on project requirements and budget, guiding clients through financing options if applicable.
  
• Sales Pipeline Management: maintain updated notes and date through Fletcher Home’s CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up and client satisfaction.
  
• Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships by providing superior service, keeping clients informed throughout the decision-making process, and answering any project-related questions.
  
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to Fletcher Home’s growth and market presence.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in home improvement, construction sales, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust. Organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve high sales performance.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of home improvement projects, including bathroom remodels, decking, siding, roofing, or windows is a plus.
  
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
