Warranty Technician

As a Warranty Technician with Fletcher Home, you will join us on our mission of delivering five-star installation and service to our customers.

You will report directly to our Warehouse Team Lead and work closely with our Master Technicians repairing or performing simple installs of windows/doors, siding/trim, deck boards, caulking, bath/shower plumbing, etc.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in carpentry, siding/soffit installation, windows/door installation, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid Driver’s License

A Day in the Life
In this role, you can expect to:

• Meet at our warehouse at 7:30AM, gather materials, and load company trucks

• Drive to customer's home with the team or on your own depending on the job size, greet and establish rapport

• Perform a repair or install on a variety of products including: windows/doors, deck boards, soffit, siding/trim repair, replacing stair lights etc.

• Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up following installation

• Obtain any necessary signed documents & payment from customer, if applicable, and return to warehouse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00
